Role Overview

The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving insights and operational improvements through comprehensive analysis of manufacturing data. We're seeking a candidate with exceptional organizational abilities, acute attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze diverse data sources encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to unveil trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Develop queries and reports translating data into actionable insights for operations, pricing, and engineering teams.

Identify root causes behind cost variances, production bottlenecks, and process issues.

Communicate data-driven recommendations via presentations and reports to diverse stakeholders.

Create effective dashboards and visualizations for management insights.

Document findings to establish repeatable analytic frameworks and propose innovative data collection strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally to foster continuous improvement using data and analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience as a data analyst in the manufacturing sector preferred.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Exposure to process improvement in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
