What You'll Do At Pega

The Senior Go-to-Market Analytics and Insights Analyst will partner with other internal team members, as well as partners across the Go-to-Market function such as our Sales Operations, Client Success, and Corporate Strategy teams. This role will be a key business partner to these teams by building and providing data, reporting, and analytics to support actionable insights that help drive optimal business outcomes. As well as looking for opportunities to optimize and scale processes across the company.

In This Role You Will

  • Be a trusted business partner to other operational functions and senior executives.
  • Ensure a high level of data quality for your reporting and analysis.
  • Complete reporting and provide insights to support various management cadences.
  • Develop new insights that can be used to optimize our business outcomes.
  • Optimize and scale processes
