RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, clean, and meticulously analyze data pertaining to travel, expenses, and credit card transactions.
  • Employ advanced analytical techniques to discern patterns, detect anomalies, and conduct thorough root cause analyses within the T&E dataset.
  • Develop comprehensive reports, intuitive dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively convey insights and metrics to management.
  • Continuously refine reporting methodologies to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identify instances of non-compliance, especially in healthcare provider spend, and collaborate with the team to implement corrective measures.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing travel and expense costs while prioritizing employee service and safety.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the T&E Program, contributing insights and recommendations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge dissemination and process adherence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, preferably within the realms of travel or finance.
  • Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, alongside data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated interest in emerging AI/ML tools and their potential applications.
  • Previous exposure to working with travel, expense, and/or credit card systems, such as SAP Concur.
  • Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to operate within a hybrid office/remote work model, with three days per week in-office.
