We combine advanced chemistry, equipment solutions, manufacturing process knowledge, and local technical service to create unsurpassed value. DuBois Chemicals Canada Inc. is a leading manufacturer of water treatment products for cooling water, boiler systems and dust suppression products for conveyed and stored materials such as sulphur, mineral ores, and coal. The Buyer and Operations Support person will be supporting all Canadian operations and will be responsible for effectively managing the purchase order replenishment process. This individual will also assist and support vendor management, warehouse managers, Commercial Regional Managers, Customer Service and the Procurement team.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to:**

* Manage the complete buying/procurement processes for the:

+ all Mississauga Equipment (MISE) warehouse (equipment) items

+ all Trisec (TX) warehouse (chemicals) items

+ all Anchem (AN) warehouse (bulk and pump off) deliveries

+ all GK warehouse (bulk) deliveries

* Ensure Item and Vendor information is correct and up to date in the DuBois ERP system pertaining to all items purchased

* Assist in the Vendor management pertaining to all items purchased, as applicable

* Assist and support MISE & TX warehouse managers, as applicable

* Assist and support Canadian Commercial Regional Managers, as applicable

* Assist and support Canadian Customer Service team, as applicable

* Assist and support the DuBois Procurement team, as applicable

**Requirements:**

* College or University Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred

* Proficiency with MS Office applications, strong Excel experience is an asset

* ERP system experience, D365 preferred

* Strong organizational skills and attention to details is required

* Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting

* Ability to work to deadlines, sense of urgency

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to build strong working relationships

* Ability to interface with all levels of the organization

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Ability to work in office and warehouse environment
