AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Sr. Manager, Integration. The IT Senior Manager - Integration Delivery Management will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of technology integration initiatives across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of various IT systems and a strong ability to manage complex integration technologies and projects that align with business objectives. This leader will be accountable for the integration CoE across Digital technology to drive API, integration strategy, deployment, consolidation and support operations. Your Impact Project Management Oversee all phases of integration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure that integration solutions are scalable, robust, and secure. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Technical Expertise Provide expert guidance on integration technologies, tools, and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration strategies. Evaluate and select appropriate integration platforms and tools. Resource Allocation and Optimization Manage overall project resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency. Work in partnership with other Domain areas to have the proper Project staffing. Identify resource constraints and work with other departments to resolve them. Maintain resource planning and forecasting tools updated. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and addressing any issues, risks, or concerns. Develop and deliver executive-level reports and presentations on project and portfolio performance. Leadership and Team Management Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop offshore teams, ensuring collective success. Lead and mentor the SAP PI, BTP, Mulesoft, and legacy technology integration teams. Cross-functional leadership in working with EA/Architecture and defining roadmaps and deployment activities for the overall integration platform. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role. Deep understanding of integration technologies and platforms such as APIs, ESB, SOA, and microservices. Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, SAP). Strong knowledge of database systems and middleware technologies. Experience with IT legal solutions and data privacy regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the team. Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects. Project Management: Proven experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines for IT projects. Experience implementing solutions on a global scale. Defining success measures and tracking progress. Effective communication for all levels including Executive level. Agile and Waterfall methodology / Experience. Executive presence – commanding respect from peer senior leaders & giving subordinates confidence that they can handle the job – building trust. Vendor Management, Contract, Pricing, Billing and Legal basics. Negotiation skills – crafting and closing deals - win-win value propositions. Experience working with technology vendors and offshore development teams. Results / delivery focus - know how to drive these - promote focus over multi-tasking. Coaching & Delegation (thorough understanding of Accountability and Responsibility and the difference between each). Conflict resolution - dealing with difficult people & situations. Manage to objectives - build, balance, & orchestrate high-performance teams (forming, norming, performing), empower for success and defend against disruptions and distractions from delivering on mission. Demonstrate a keen understanding of IT costs and financials.
