Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handling a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Providing outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience
- Managing reservations, including making, changing, and canceling bookings
- Checking in and checking out guests
- Serving breakfast and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby
- Assisting with laundry tasks
- Obtaining reports from the computer system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
