The Sales Coordinator works closely with Production, Production Planning and Management to ensure that customer sales demand is met and professionally executed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Steward our mission (To enrich lives by providing differentiated packaging automation and services) and values (Unwavering Integrity, Servant's Heart, Ownership Spirit and Continuous Innovation and Improvement). Foster "6+1 ways" mindset (Quality, Professional Courtesy, Can-Do Attitude, Responsiveness, Convenience and Aggressive Follow-Up) across the engineering team focusing on serving internal and external customers with excellence. Work with customer project managers and guide them through the machine sales process. Work with plant automation managers and process their aftermarket sales requests. Manage part sales prices. Handle incoming customer queries by phone and email. Preparation of Sales quotations against customer queries. Process customer orders. Respond with customer feedback to operation team for sales and after sales service. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales orders are effectively done. Schedule and facilitate cross functional team meetings. Cross train into other teams as needed. QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Exceptional customer service. Positive attitude, flexible and a willingness to help others. Strong clerical and administrative skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:The Sales Coordinators should have a minimum 2 year degree Business Management or Business Administration or have extensive experience in Administration and Sales. Strong customer service, organizational and problem solving skills are also required for managing all sales team activities. Must be able to use Excel and Word.
