DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise kitchen staff. Under the supervision of the Food Service Director, is responsible for the overall coordination of food service including serving, packing, and delivery and clean up. Provide instruction to participants in training to prepare them for the Food Protection Certificate. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
+ Mon/Tues/Fri 6am-2:30pm; Wed-Thurs 11am-7:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in food service, preferable in a management position. Qualifying certificate in Food Protection from the NYC Dept. of Health required. BA preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Culinary Arts degree a plus.
*Vaccination preferred but not required.
