This position will work with our Marketing Director to grow our catering opportunities. 60% of the time will be spent in the operation assisting with food preparation and 40% of the time will be in the community meeting with businesses, churches, and organizations to schedule catering events. This position will manage a small team of 3-4 team members responsible for preparing, staging, and fulfilling catering orders. This position may deliver catering orders to guests on occasion. The expectation is that this role will take responsibility for all catering to make sure orders are prepared correctly and on time with the highest level of service.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year in a marketing related role
  • Service oriented desiring to exceed guest expectations
  • Flexible in availability. Can work some Saturdays
