Job Title: Accounts Receivable SpecialistJob Description

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible for invoicing customer orders through various channels, processing cash receipts, assisting with AR deductions, updating pricing systems, and sending out weekly market notifications and monthly price lists. Additionally, you will initiate broker commission and customer accrual reports, draft correspondence for collections, and maintain strong business relationships. Your role will also extend to supporting the Accounts Payable department and performing other duties as assigned.
