Position Overview:
As an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our production machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, installing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Conducting inspections to ensure proper functioning and performing preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and executing necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Performing diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Executing scheduled maintenance and providing emergency repairs as needed.
- Utilizing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service tasks.
- Conducting regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and apply product manuals for repairs and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings and schematics.
