Adhere to procedures for warranty items and parts management.

Develop proficiency in computer systems for parts and service management.

Start and finalize repair orders for warranty, customer pay, and internal repair.

Promote supplementary services and notify customers of additional work needed.

Inform customers promptly of any delays, changes, or additional work required.

Address repeat repairs diligently and notify the Service Manager accordingly.

Communicate transparently with customers to manage expectations.
