You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, project management, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure adherence to financial goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and issues that may impact project outcomes and escalate as necessary.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related financial inquiries, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and project management, and incorporate them into project strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, project management, and/or financial planning and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, SAP, or other financial management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance and project management.
