Team Support and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Line Centric Team (LCT) members on continuous improvement processes, operational efficiency, and deliver continuous coaching and leadership to the LCT. Collaboration and Scope Identification: Collaborate with site management to identify and define the scope and financial justification for continuous improvement opportunities. Provide support for product development and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Lean Expertise and Training: Develop and execute action plans for cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives. Provide expertise in Lean and Six Sigma tools, ensuring their appropriate use, and teach these tools to all levels of the plant, including Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Set-up reduction, Standard Work, Visual Management, SQDC boards, MDI, etc Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.
