Seeking a full-time Workday Process consultant to lead client workshops, and help drive the HR and Finance operations to the next level. This role is initially on site in Washington DC and has the potential to become a hybrid role. You will be responsible for analyzing current business processes and introducing best practices, improvements and optimizations alongside client SME’s. Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team responsible for Workday process workshops. • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes to Workday. • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday processes and best practices. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Workday system. • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization. • Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Deep knowledge of Workday processes, including configuration and implementation.

• Proven experience leading and managing a team, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to be on-site 3 days per week in the Washington, DC office.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
