Customer Support Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with key strategic customers, staying up to date with their requirements to establish long-lasting and satisfied relationships
  • Troubleshoot issues, offer support, and build relationships and programs unique to the customer needs
  • Support the growth of our Corporate Gifting through trade shows and e-mails and outbound calling
  • Maintain, verify, and update customer pricing
  • Support QVC and other key fulfillment customers with new item set up documentation, vendor portal product builds, sample orders, tracking spreadsheets and follow up communications
  • Quarterly pricing reviews for fulfillment customer product offering including evaluating current pricing model and providing recommendations for price updates
  • Oversee and audit customer claims, credits, and returns
  • Assist with special projects assigned by management
  • Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualified Candidates for the Customer Support Representative position should possess the following:

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent two-year College or technical school
    • Or six months to one year related experience and/or training
    • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be comfortable/experienced with Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in multitasking and problem solving
  • Able to work flexible hours during peak holiday season
  • Must provide exemplary customer service and communication skills to both internal and external customers
