We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by facilitating the sales process, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.

Who You Are Entrepreneurial minded, with a passion for multi-family real estate and the energy transition Familiarity with commercial real estate finance; ESG experience helpful. Able to manage multiple parallel projects and partners to achieve results Strategic, able to interact at a senior level, yet also a hands-on tactician and strategic executor.

What You'llDo

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach efforts. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team. Order Processing and Documentation: Manage the documentation and paperwork associated with sales orders and contracts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to facilitate order processing and fulfillment.

Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics. Generate reports and analytics to track sales progress and identify areas for improvement. Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales data effectively.

Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaboration and communication between sales, finance, operations, and other relevant departments. Relay important information and updates to the sales team in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Hubspot CRM software. Knowledge of the clean energy industry and financing principles is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Marketing automation and analytic skills, ability to manage marketing data and identify opportunities. Ability to design, build, and deliver reporting and KPIs. CRM experience (HubSpot). Strong project management skills; critical thinker and creative.
