**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales bookings and productivity targets.
* Manage Inside Sales Reps to achieve individual and team quotas
* Coach, develop, and mentor ISRs to drive continuous improvement in sales skills and product knowledge.
* Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management. Must commit and take responsibility for accuracy of the achievement of the sales forecast.
* Coordinate and manage one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
* Ability to attract, hire and train new sales representatives
* Be a change agent within the organization with the creativity to offer new ideas
* Help define new models and processes to grow business
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
* 5+ years of management experience in a technology, technical education, and/or SaaS sales environment
* Proven experience selling to enterprise, SMB, and B2C clientele.
* Metrics driven sales leader with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Excel required
* Highly skilled at new logo acquisition and upselling existing clientele
* Proven track record of achieving measurable business results goals in a high transaction Sales environment. Must demonstrate history of quantifiable success.
* Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
* Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment
* Four year university/college degree required
* Knowledge/experience selling training, e-learning, or learning management systems a plus
