Sylvia Group uses a four-step process of analysis, planning, coordination, and implementation to provide businesses and individuals with customized programs of performance-based insurance, employee benefits and financial planning. Conduct yourself in accordance with the provisions of the High Performance Team Contract. Consistently provide superior customer service by promptly and thoroughly responding to the clients’ needs and requests and consistently adhere to established departmental expectations. Evaluate processes identifying areas that can be streamlined and communicate this information to leadership. Participate in seminars and classes to enhance skills and develop core competencies. You ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions such as scanning mail, delivering faxes, communicating and documenting employee absences, perform sweep and other agency procedures as they relate to payments and billing and other tasks as may be requested by management. Assist our non-Pinnacle clients with a warm transfer to insurance companies in the event of a claim. Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
