As a Hardware & Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee all logistics related to shipping and inventory management. Your role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of hardware to our internal teams. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters in Lehi, UT.
What you will do:

Daily Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations for all hardware logistics
  • Answer general questions about hardware and shipping processes and policies for internal teams
  • Facilitate order alterations and process replacement hardware orders
  • Coordinate shipping of hardware to remote internal teams
  • Request support for users to return faulty hardware and provide return shipping labels
  • Maintain operational relationships with hardware vendors
  • Update firmware on returned devices
  • Manage and document all shipping-related expenses
  • Conduct quality assurance on orders placed via vendor APIs
Inventory and Parcel Management:
  • Order and maintain inventory of hardware for field teams at HQ
  • Manage inbound packages and returns
  • Lift and transport heavy boxes (20-40 lbs)
  • Perform quality assurance on returned hardware
  • Submit faulty hardware for warranty with manufacturers
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in fulfillment operations
  • Availability to work onsite at our Lehi, Utah HQ
  • Positive demeanor, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily
  • Capability to push utility carts up to 100 pounds
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
  • Competence in using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items
  • Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
  • Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment standards
  • Proficiency with computers
