Objectives
Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will be responsible for the in-life management and development of propositions, enhancements and new products for Mobile services for eir evo.
Expectations From TheRole:
Key Tasks
Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specify and document market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research. Requirements must include enhancements for current customers and considerations for new market verticals.
Have a deep understanding of the company’s product offering and be able to represent the value proposition of these products to a broad subset of stakeholders and customers.
Drive a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product configuration considerations and positioning.
Develop and implement launch and go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute.
Write business cases in support of new development investment
Responsible for the P&L for the product line within your remit.
Sales support for major accounts and strategic engagement with new business prospects.
Work with sales in constructing and overseeing sales campaigns for the product line.
Engagement with internal Regulatory teams and Comreg in relation to any matters of regulation which may fall within your portfolio.
Timely completion of Regulatory report requests on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
Develop enhancements and process improvements and new propositions for Mobile products.
Take developments and enhancements through the requisite commercial and product development gates from concept to launch, including required documentation
Work closely with IT and networks to support development of new requirements through the end-to-end development cycle
Identify process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy of order to fulfilment
Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral for customer
Key Performance Indicators
P&L performance of assigned products
Development of new products on time and within budget
Development of product enhancements on time and in budget
Product process issues remediated promptly
Achievement of product revenue and customer experience targets
