Support overall Accounting and Finance department on special projects, as directed. Assist in the corporate annual budget process and provide periodic forecasting as directed. Execute monthly financial and management reporting for all divisions and departments, including Board representatives on a monthly basis with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy. Perform project/initiative, business case, and adhoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Provide insight and recommendations as directed. Involvement with Finance & Accounting systems evolution. Assist in system evaluation, selection, and integration, as needed. Achieve Subject Matter Expert status related to systems functionality and reporting. Assist with merger and acquisition diligence and internal modeling structure providing insight and recommendation to facilitate evaluation of acquisition prospects as directed. Assist in the analysis of customer and product profitability. Assist in development of data integrity and consistency program and structure. Development of analytical skills both in valuation techniques and financial modeling. Manage relationships with senior business executives across the organization. Understand the relevant, meaningful management reporting requested by each leader and assist in the development of such reporting. Support and demonstrate IMA's core values. Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.

You Should Have

Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years of similar or related experience Systems skills Applied Epic, SAP Concur Experience with MS Office products preferred, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel Candidate must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
