**Overview:**

We are a Plastic product MFG located in the Northwest part of Houston. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. Background in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales to meet Sales Objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of marketing, online as well as offline, including digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, performance marketing, and marketing automation

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns that support sales objectives

- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

- Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful project execution

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required;

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of success.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and marketing automation

- Experience in print advertising and advertising sales is a BIG plus.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Solid understanding of sales principles and practices.

- Proficiency in email marketing tools and techniques.
