Position Summary:


The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This role will oversee brand management, digital marketing, content creation, market research, and communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency and alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform marketing strategies.
  • Communications: Manage internal and external communications to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Develop and monitor marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
