KNOWLEDGE OF building codes, construction law, labor regulations and applicable State bid requirements; building construction methods and materials and of the preparation of construction documents; interpretation and review of construction contracts and project specifications; district organization, operations, policies and objectives; interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy; health and safety regulations; technical aspects of field of specialty; record-keeping techniques; and basic computer operation.
