Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international specialty chemicals manufacturer. The company makes speciality chemicals into a number of markets such as Plastics, Coatings and Lubricants.

We are currently recruiting for a Global Sales Director for PVC, based out of Germany.

Responsibilities

Define global commercial strategy for PVC market Manages global product management strategy Retain and progress key customer relationships and develop strategies for global business development Adapts demand forecast in line with global supply chain team Leads direct reports on a global level with a focus on coaching and driving BU performance

Requirements

15+ years experience in the polymer market (ideally PVC) 10+ years experience in leadership roles in the chemicals industry, with some experience in a mid-sized company MSc Chemistry + MBA preferred Ideally located in Germany
