Summary:
This position reports directly to the Vice President of PACE and has direct oversight for all operational functions of the Baptist Health PACE and its services and programs. This includes oversight of center management, transportation services, scheduling, supply chain, maintenance, and any others as assigned.
Other information:
Bachelor's Degree in management or related field is required. Must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience in a healthcare or similar business setting. Experience working with the frail and elderly preferred but not required. Experience in developing goals and overseeing multiple departments a must. Must be professional, a strong leader, and work well with a team. Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations. Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and department leads while retaining strict confidentiality in all aspects of this position. Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Applications.
Location of this position - 50% in North Little Rock, 50% in Hot Springs
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
