Within the role, the Specialist will use HR general practice knowledge to guide new team members through the new hire process.What You'll DoDeliver exceptional onboarding experience to regional employees by providing top-notch customer service from offer acceptance to 90 days post-hireManage the entire onboarding process for new hires in assigned region, including arranging a pre-employment screening, scheduling orientation, and ensuring that all pre-hire paperwork and process is complete before the start dateAct as point of contact for new hires to answer questions and drive engagement throughout onboardingAssist in scheduling appropriate orientation dates for new hiresAssist in communicating IT needs to appropriate partiesReview pre-employment screening results and communicate any outliersSet up an initial profile in the HR databaseProactively engage in interdepartmental communication to provide ongoing status of new-hire onboardingFollow up with new hires for at least the first 90 days of employment to ensure satisfaction as a new employeeRequirementsEducation/Experience and Other RequirementsHuman resources: 3 years (Preferred)Onboarding: 1 year (Preferred)UKG/Kronos: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to work on-site in Fort LauderdaleMust maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving recordSummaryBenefitsThree weeks of paid time off to start100% company-paid medical insurance plan optionDental, vision, long-term disability, and life insuranceGenerous 401(k) matchABA Centers of Florida CultureABA Centers of Florida is a progressive company that cares about supporting its team members.
