About the role As a Customer Specialist, you provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences. Share your knowledge of our products and services with customers to outfit and inspire them. Uphold brand merchandising and visual standards for a clean, neat, well-presented store. Promote in-store events and company programs that support the brand. Contribute to the store's success by maintaining the highest brand and execution standards. Support an inclusive and welcoming store environment for customers and associates. You'll bring to the role Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience. Passion for styling and love of working with people. Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
