Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team at Piedmont Fayette Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various cardiac ultrasound tests for patients of different ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting inpatient and outpatient cardiac ultrasound tests to diagnose and monitor cardiac conditions
  • Providing complex technical care with the use of ultrasound technology to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Documenting all necessary information and preliminary exam findings to maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a registry-approved ultrasound program or equivalent experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Credential in echocardiography (RDCS or RCS)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two years of related experience in cardiac ultrasound testing
