We have an exciting opportunity for a

Consultant SME

to join our team. Key Responsibilities: ·

Works with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies. ·

Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations. ·

Train new resources and Lead Daily team huddles. ·

Prepare any supporting documents such as Pub 199 but not limited to just that document. ·

Be able to take projects from assignment to completion. ·

Supports management team’s efforts in change management ·

Support for any non-price change work as well. ·

Create solutions impacting customer experience, revenue, and cost avoidance. ·

Identify risks or technical issues with associated recommendations and proposed contingency. Required Experience/Skills: ·

A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years’ relevant experience. ·

Minimum 10 years or more experience in business, technical and systems solutioning. ·

10 years’ experience working on high-visibility, or mission critical aspects of a given program, and performs all functional duties independently. ·

Experienced in overseeing the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job. ·

Expert knowledge of the ATS applications including but not limited to Postal One, USPS Ship, eVS, eInduction, Labeling List, CIN Codes, CFR Contracts Systems, Incentive Systems, Accounting Systems, Informed Delivery, Informed Visibility and all sub systems and micro systems associated to these applications. ·

Expert knowledge of Enterprise Systems including Application Tech Systems, and Other Interfacing systems ·

Responsible for providing management support as needed. ·

Experience providing support related to mailer questions, calls, documentation, technical specification reviews/updates and attend any meetings with mailers and customers. This includes but not limited to PEEC, MTAC, Work Groups, User Groups, and Mailer CAT calls. ·

Experience creating and/or updating mailer documents to include but not limited to Release Overview and Release Notes ·

Experience troubleshooting Mailer Issues. ·

Expert knowledge of Domestic Mail rules and International Mail rules. ·

Expert knowledge of Mail.DAT, Mail.XML, ICR, Shipping Services File, USPS API, Enterprise Interfaces ·

Expert knowledge of mailing and shipping specifications used to integrate mailers software and internal USPS systems. ·

Liaison between business stakeholders and development teams in flushing out requirement details. ·

Required Certifications: o

PMP or Scrum Master Certification Other Requirements: ·

Candidates must either be US Citizens or Permanent Residents ·

Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years ·

Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years ·

This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check. Education:

A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred. four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required Benefits:
