Job Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert Consultant

Description:
As a Senior Subject Matter Expert Consultant, you will collaborate with end user groups to pinpoint innovative technical solutions for business challenges or inefficiencies. You'll assess existing systems and user requirements to provide valuable recommendations. This role may entail certification in specific applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of expertise in business, technical, and systems solutioning.
- Possess a solid track record of 10 years working on high-profile or mission-critical aspects of a program, handling all functional duties autonomously.
- Lead and supervise direct reporting resources, overseeing all staff assigned to specific tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in various applications such as Postal One, USPS Ship, eVS, eInduction, and more, including all associated sub-systems.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Systems and Application Tech Systems.
- Provide essential management support whenever necessary.
- Train new team members, both postal and non-postal, and conduct daily team huddles.
- Handle the preparation of supporting documents, going beyond documents like Pub 199.
- Capable of managing projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Support management teams in change management efforts effectively.
- Offer assistance and solutions for mailer queries, calls, technical reviews, and participate in various meetings with mailers and customers.
- Update mailer documents such as Release Overview and Release Notes and troubleshoot mailer issues efficiently.
- Provide expertise in Domestic and International Mail rules, as well as mailing and shipping specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to refine requirement details.
- Devise solutions that enhance customer experience, boost revenue, and avoid unnecessary costs.
- Identify potential risks or technical challenges and offer appropriate recommendations and contingency plans.
- Telecommuting: Telework options are available but not guaranteed.
Required Certifications:
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification
Required Education:
- A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years of relevant experience.
- An accredited College/University degree in the relevant field is preferred. If the individual's degree is in an unrelated field, four additional years of experience are required.
