Senior Wealth Advisor – Tampa, FL
The
Senior Wealth Advisor
will lead the growth of the Tampa market, establish processes, and drive business results within the custodial referral program. This role involves interfacing with external Fidelity custodial partners to ensure a consistent, streamlined, and scalable process for referring parties and clients. Additionally, the advisor will ensure clear and consistent messaging and experiences for both partners and clients sourced through the WAS and SAN networks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage custodial referral partnerships within the SAN and WAS networks.
Serve as the main contact for all custodial referral partner needs, both from referral partners and internal stakeholders.
Meet regularly with custodial partners to drive outstanding results and aim to be the top referral partner.
Provide feedback from internal partners during SAN/WAS meetings and compliance reviews.
Drive clarity on process and ownership throughout the referral process.
Collaborate with internal partners to meet or exceed goals.
Implement consistent, scalable processes for long-term program success.
Develop a strategic roadmap to increase market share within SAN & WAS networks.
Attend internal metric review meetings and provide data-driven insights on sales trends.
Understand track industry and market trends, learning from the largest competitors.
Ensure resources and offerings meet the needs of the clients and custodial partners through the macro environment within SAN & WAS.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
10+ years of experience in a Financial Service role, with a minimum of 5 of those years in sales production, client services and/or custodial referral platform leadership.
Ability to work well in a team environment to drive desired outcomes.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
FINRA Series 7, 66 & 24 licenses.
CFP
or other planning designation preferred.
