The Sr Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead a global strategic sourcing team responsible for all indirect spend, encompassing a wide range of services from design and development to facilities management. • Manage a team of strategic sourcing specialists to define and execute global sourcing strategies. • Develop and maintain formal strategic sourcing plans in collaboration with a global sourcing council and key stakeholders. • Partner with various business units and the global procurement network to implement procurement strategies and policies. • Support tactical execution and ensure performance and profitability across production cycles. • Strategic oversight of all global facilities through sourcing and supply base development • Define supply chains, align cross-functional commodity teams, and document supply chain strategies. • Establish project budgets and procurement plans, ensuring cost, delivery, and quality requirements are met. • Identify and mitigate global supply chain risks while monitoring market forces. • Collaborate with stakeholders globally for supplier negotiations to optimize spending and corporate indirect strategy.

The Sr Procurement Manager should have the following qualifications:

• Expertise in global sourcing and global multi-site support across indirect categories and outsourced services (professional, corporate, advertising, engineering, etc) • 2+ years of management / supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment • 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience • Bachelor's degree holder, MBA preferred • Demonstrated strength in complex negotiations on a global scale • Lean Process Improvement
