Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the Procurement Division to meet exceptional performance benchmarks by establishing clear goals, tracking progress, coaching team members, and adeptly addressing challenges.
  • Skillfully manage external pressures, unforeseen obstacles, and disputes, allowing the team to concentrate on essential duties without interruptions.
  • Formulate and uphold a comprehensive Supply Chain Continuity Strategy that aligns with the organization's growth and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) plans.
  • Support Department Leaders in sourcing and pricing strategies through established vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee vendor compliance and performance, taking corrective measures as necessary to guarantee optimal supplier efficiency and adherence to established standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing teams with direct reports.
  • At least 5 years of procurement experience within Supply Chain management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
