Department/Unit: Patient Simulation Center Work Shift: Day (United States of America) •Provides administrative support to PSCCC Leadership and Medical Education faculty, assisting in scheduling meetings and report preparation as needed •Provides administrative support to the CSK faculty •Maintains students schedules and track changes •Tracks student assignment submission Patient Safety and Clinical Competency Center Program Coordinator Minimum Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience + 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare education, training and/or simulation education + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Understanding of educational privacy legislation and practice + Documented ability to interact with staff, students and faculty + Computer literacy in MS Office applications + Strong technical and analytical skills + Demonstrated ability to plan and organize complex tasks. + Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks while remaining flexible Organizational Relationships + Reports to the Executive Director of the Patient Safety and Clinical Competency Center (PSCCC) + Works directly with educational staff from Clinical Skills Curriculum + Maintains relationships with educators from multiple training programs within Albany Medical College Responsibilities Operations + Provides administrative support to PSCCC Leadership and Medical Education faculty, assisting in scheduling meetings and report preparation as needed + Provides administrative support to the CSK faculty + Maintains students schedules and track changes + Tracks student assignment submission + Interacts and effectively communicates with staff, students and faculty + Assures security of educational records to ensure learner confidentiality + Provides staff coverage as needed + Other duties as assigned Thank you for your interest in Albany Medical Center​ Albany Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
