On Aalto, sellers list their homes with a flexible and no-risk process, unlocking homes for sale months earlier than traditional real estate. This leads to more amazing homes for buyers, exclusively on Aalto. Tens of thousands of buyers and sellers are already using Aalto, with new, exclusive homes added daily.

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Aalto to support our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will be responsible for providing internal support and external customer service to ensure the success of the Aalto marketplace in your region. We are overwhelmed with the popularity of Aalto and have had to start putting potential customers on waitlists. We need your help to change the future of real estate and support our community **Who You Are:**

+ You are extremely comfortable and excited to learn and use new software - spreadsheets, CRM, email marketing, support, automation, productivity, and presentation software

+ Location: Los Angeles Metro Area

+ Experience with Intercom, Follow-Up Boss, Notion, ClickUp is a plus.

+ You have a minimum of 0-3 years of professional experience with a strong desire to learn

+ You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

+ Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors on a daily basis in person and via email and phone

+ Provide customer service support through Intercom

+ Schedule listing photo shoots and manage communication with photographers

+ Review listings in preparation to go active

+ Host showings for Aalto listing clients

+ Meet inspectors and vendors at listings

+ Manage closing gifts for clients

+ Deliver listing and city paperwork when required

+ Research/call cities and counties regarding resale requirements

+ Support Client Success Managers and Advisors with various tasks and projects

+ Work with various tools such as MLS, Intercom, Followup Boss, LucidPress, Aalto Admin, Notion, ClickUp, and Excel

+ Photographing homes when needed

+ Helping other teams with projects as they come up

+ Be a team player in an early-stage startup: You will pitch in on all sorts of things, no project is too small and no issue is ever 'not your problem'.

+ Travel locally: Travel as needed to our actively listed homes to ensure the successful implementation of our listing experience.

**Location**

We are currently all working remotely and expect to continue with our remote-first culture past the pandemic but the majority of the team has a home base in the San Francisco Bay Area and we will get flexible office space in the Bay Area sometime in 2022.
