We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Director to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee beverage operations across multiple restaurants, implement an innovative spirits program, and bring a creative touch to our craft cocktail offerings.

Duties include:

  • Develop and oversee beverage programs across various restaurants, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation
  • Create and implement a comprehensive spirits program, including selection, inventory management, and staff training
  • Design and curate a menu of craft cocktails that align with each restaurant's unique identity and enhance the guest experience
  • Ensure all beverage operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and control costs
  • Implement and maintain F&B Sales & Marketing programs
  • Hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel colleagues to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures
  • Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for food and beverage operations
  • Coordinate food and beverage operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
  • Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and F&B quality
  • Implement procedures to increase guest and associate satisfaction
  • Maintaining Hyatt standards of service and ensuring their implementation
  • Performing daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health & TABC regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
