We are looking for a Program Manager to manage a large federal program.

Position Type:

Full time, W2 salaried plus benefits

Duties Manage all contract administrative, technical, and staffing matters and will help ensure that contract goals and objectives are achieved within budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all Task Order requirements and quality standards. Oversee team members; ensure adequate staffing at all times Provide guidance, leadership, direction and motivation and ensure personnel are managed in accordance with contract and company requirements, to include:

Monitor employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching Manage vacation and other leave requests Review and approve timesheets, travel authorizations and expense reports Administer employee evaluations Resolve employee concerns Work with senior management and HR to appropriately address conduct and performance issues.

Oversee recruiting and hiring of non-supervisory positions Assess variances from the program plan, and develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure the project remains within specified scope and is within schedule, cost and quality objectives. Manage day-to-day team and client communications by keeping the team informed of the status, deliverables and by managing the issue resolution process. Establish and maintain a positive work environment that encourages the accomplishment of all goals. Provide the team with feedback as it pertains to project performance. Build a climate that encourages safety consciousness and taking accountability for actions. Perform contract management duties including, but not limited to, meetings with the COR as deemed necessary regarding all aspects of the task order, establishing, and maintaining staffing requirements, reviewing budget estimates, contractor invoicing and activity reports, sub- contractor invoicing and monthly activity reports, management of task order level activities, development, and revisions to spend plan, coordination on new requirements, scopes of work, and response to staffing needs.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field 10+

years experience of Federal Program Management experience Experience working with USAID highly desired. Excellent communication skills to include phone, office etiquette, and written skills. Expert working with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
