Job Overview:

As the Digital Communications Manager, you will lead the execution of Nikkisos Marketing and Communications strategies across digital channels. You will be responsible for driving engagement and analyzing data to improve performance over time. You will work directly with corporate Marketing and Communications leadership to develop digital campaigns and be responsible for managing the digital communications budget associated with strategic initiatives.

Salary Range: $85,166 to $158,908 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Contributes to the development of digital marketing strategy aligned with corporate direction.
  • Evaluates and improves user experience (UX) across internal and external digital channels.
  • Manages with a continuous improvement mindset, digital communications platforms and technologies.
  • Monitors and reports media coverage and provides real-time alerts to key stakeholders when applicable.
  • Develops and drives tactical plans and activities to realize marketing and communications objectives including earned and paid media.
  • Leads content development optimized for digital channels.
  • Monitors website and social media analytics and develops recommendations for improvements.
  • Partners with business leaders and Salesforce team to drive conversions, analyze results and make recommendations for future efforts.
  • Manages external agency work as needed.
  • Manages content development, publication, optimization and processes across internal and external digital channels.
  • Monitor, identify and evaluate latest digital media insights and marketing trends to provide guidance on possible changes and updates to strategy.
  • Translates data into clear communications and actionable efforts.
  • Monitors changes in social media landscape and makes relevant and well-informed recommendations on any changes to digital communications strategy or efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or communications-related field.
  • Extensive experience developing and implementing omni-channel integrated digital campaigns.
  • Experience implementing and/or managing global communications platforms.
  • 5 + years of digital communications leadership experience.
  • 3 + years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (search engine marketing), ROI (return on investment) of digital efforts, social media marketing; Google Analytics; website content management systems; and intranet platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards to explain the effectiveness of corporate digital channels.
