Bilingual Internal Communications Coordinator

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Translate documents, policies, and procedures from English to Spanish, and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Edit translated versions to maintain clarity and appropriateness for the target audience.
- Utilize translation memory software to find exact words and maintain terminology consistency in translations.
- Manage time effectively to complete translations within specified deadlines.
- Stay sensitive to the culture of both languages during the translation process.
- Collaborate closely with operations departments to ensure consistent messaging across all materials.
- Assist in the development of training materials and presentations in both English and Spanish.
- Serve as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking employees and management, addressing any communication concerns or issues.
- Stay up to date with solar & construction industry terminology and language trends to ensure accurate translations.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and intranet software.

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Translation, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in legal translations required.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in translation and interpretation, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand different cultures in translation and navigate cultural nuances effectively.
