The nCino/Salesforce Senior Developer must be innovative, energetic, and driven to provide astonishing customer experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of business analysts, administrators, and developers to deliver secure digital experiences for internal and external customers. The candidate will help maximize efficiency through the nCino and Salesforce environment, catering to Retail, Commercial, and Treasury Management needs.
Required and Preferred Technical Skills:
Solid expertise in SDLC.
5+ years of nCino implementation experience including nCino Commercial and Retail configuration, nCino Loan Origination Process, development, and administration.
5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
5+ years of design experience including custom applications on Force.com using APEX, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other Salesforce automation tools.
Experience in nCino UI, nCino DocMan, nCino Portal, C# or Java, JSON, RESTFul, SQL, SOAP/XML, AJAX, CSS, Angular, JQuery, Javascript, HTML5.
Experience in agile ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Release Planning.
Define and implement Salesforce environment strategy using Salesforce Sandboxes.
Define and implement branching and deployment strategy.
Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com. Expertise in REST & SOAP API.
Maintain relationships with Salesforce, third-party vendors, and First Horizon Bank IT resources.
Understanding of DevOps and change management processes.
Exposure to SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management.
Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce SOQL, SOSL, and managing Salesforce features.
Lightning Platform Experience and Mobile development.
Manage Salesforce configurations effectively.
Salesforce Certifications.
