About the Role:
The Senior Program Manager for Business Automation Solutions will:

  • be integrated within a solution delivery team, overseeing multiple enterprise Service Management product strategies and execution initiatives impacting ServiceNow (SNOW) and Salesforce platforms within a large-scale matrix organization, engaging with internal and external partners, and approximately 1000 application stakeholders across various project teams and segments.

  • act as a PMO program leader, guiding multiple Business Automation Platform project managers by providing Project Management methodology support, mentoring, coaching, and portfolio reporting.
  • demonstrate extensive experience in leading integration initiatives, driving projects from planning and requirements gathering through execution and implementation, ensuring adherence to time, cost, scope, and quality standards.
  • facilitate technical discussions aimed at identifying and mitigating issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in technology program/project management, specifically managing middleware integrations and large-scale financial transformation initiatives within a complex matrix organization, overseeing schedules, budgets, and scopes while managing multiple project managers and vendors.
  • At least 8 years of program/project management experience utilizing Agile (SCRUM) methodologies, with substantial experience in continuous integration and delivery, and proficiency in agile delivery tools.
  • Proven track record as a Project, Program, or Application Delivery Manager, leading enhancements, migrations, or integrations with Informatica delivery teams and platforms.
