About the Opportunity
The mission of Field Marketing at Dayforce is to strategically support the prospect and customer go-to-market teams at a regional level through in-person and virtual interactions (quality vs. quantity). Additionally, the Field Marketing team serves as the voice of regional go-to-market teams to the wider marketing team and represents the voice of marketing into the go-to-market teams that the Marketing organization supports to create, accelerate, and expand the sales pipeline with our direct sellers and partner ecosystem.
Within this position you'll have the opportunity to build and be a foundational member of Dayforce's Field Marketing organization serving the US Large Enterprise and Public Sector Sales teams. Within these teams' remit is the acquisition of net new Dayforce customers as well as pursuing expansion opportunities into our growing Large Enterprise customer base.
What you'll get to do
Within the Dayforce Marketing team, Field Marketing's goal is to be the most innovative and pipeline centric team in the organization. We strive to use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions while also continuing to invest in ourselves to promote career growth and development opportunities.
* Build and lead a team of curious, thoughtful, and revenue centric Field Marketers.
* Collaborate on the development of integrated marketing programs to help achieve leads (declared intent), pipeline, and revenue goals and to support major platform launches, global sales promotions, and corporate initiatives. Work closely with key stakeholders including Demand Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and subject matter experts to develop assets and content for campaigns.
* Work in tandem with Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Management teams to improve BDR output and funnel results down to the individual meeting and deal level.
* Own overall management of joint marketing funds, holding FMMs to a high standard of approvals and monitoring of results.
* Co-own (with reporting manager) Field Marketing QBRs, with the intent to improve field marketing budget ROI and success of all cross-marketing or other Field Marketing-led programs and campaigns.
* Own end-to-end event lead management process, refining as needed.
* All other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager or sr. marketing leadership.
Skills and experience we value
* 10+ years' experience in field marketing, segment marketing, account-based marketing, or product marketing role.
* Minimum of 5 years leading marketing teams.
* Executive presence and gravitas to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, including strong asset creation skills (typically in PowerPoint).
* Proven analytical skill set and problem solver - you're strategic thinker who thrives on digging into numbers/data and applying best practices to optimize go-to-market plans and strategies.
* Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies in partnership with sales, aimed at both acquiring new clients (new logos) and expanding sales within our existing customer base.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, prioritize and deliver on initiatives that deliver most value.
* Knowledge and experience in enterprise technology, with HCM market experience a plus.
* Adaptable and resourceful; thrives in a dynamic environment.
* A desire to win and a commitment to integrity.
* Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

* Demonstrated aptitude for learning, including:
* Deep understanding of customer/prospect audiences at the level of company, team, and individual contributor.
* Marketing principles and strategies.
* Natural storytelling, including ability to create and adapt compelling messaging to marketing deliverables that get prospects and customers to think differently about the challenges they face.
* Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS B2B applications, ideally background includes HCM and/or HR technology.
* Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Account Based Marketing strategies and tactics.
