This is a unique opportunity for licensed associates to join an enhanced, structured learning program specifically designed to help you transition into a role focused on financial planning. In the Accelerated Advisor program, you will receive best-in-class training and skill development that will help you acclimate seamlessly into a new advisor position.
  • Robust & formal learning schedule both in classroom and in a branch, to develop the skills you need to build meaningful relationships with clients
  • Customized coaching and development for a career in financial planning

This is a paid position where you will work as a branch employee, connecting personally with clients and leading them on a path of financial security.

The Experience We're Looking For
  • Previous success in a sales OR aptitude to excel in a sales environment
  • Licensed advisors looking to apply their experience in new ways
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions or products to a sophisticated client base
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications, such as the CFP, are helpful
