Our team is looking for a

Senior Compensation Analyst

to join our growing practice by delivering excellent client services, maintain productive client relations and to contribute to profitable sales of our services.

You must live in greater Minneapolis or Kansas City*** Duties include:

Project work

Under the direction of the consultants, supports development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs. . Develop and manage strong relationships with peers and internal resources. Meet with appropriate consultants & analysts to maintain an efficient flow of client & plan information. Attend planning meetings to discuss project status and ensure the completion of client work within timelines. Keep Senior Leaders abreast of each project’s status, ensuring the full team is aware of current project work status

Consulting/Client Work

Become familiar with client issues, client plans, and regulatory issues. Develop subject matter expertise, assist in more complex research and analytics. Take notes during client meetings in a thorough and timely manner to ensure clear communication to others involved. Meet regularly with for mentoring, coaching, and to review your performance, goals, and initiatives. [

Productivity

Meets and maintains Productivity goals. Maintains acceptable billable hours ratio.

About You

Bachelor’s degree 2 + years internal or client facing corporate compensation experience.
