This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Project Accountant Responsibilities
Handle high-volume invoicing, billing, and AR processing for multiple projects.
Support contract management functions.
Maintain up-to-date account information in systems.
Ensure accounting transactions are accurate and compliant with internal controls.
Assist with continuous development of ERP processes and efficiencies.
Ad-hoc project budgeting, expense reporting, etc. support.

Project Accountant Qualifications
Must have prior experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) services sector.
At least 2 years of complex, high-volume project accounting experience.
Knowledge of AR/invoicing/billing and project-based expense accounting processes.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Deltek highly preferred) and basic Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Customer service-oriented with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Deadline-driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $29-$31/hr. (DOE)
