Summary: The role of the Recruiting Sourcer is to provide support to the team and to the overall office.

The job responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Prepare candidate resumes for clients back up to support team

Conduct outbound recruiting calls to applicants/candidates in the OKC job market.

Set meetings with applicants for recruiters

Edit and post jobs to Indeed/company website/social media daily back up to Admin Sourcer

Meet with team regularly to understand new open positions and subsequent requirements

Conduct reference checks for applicable references

Direct candidate flow through info inboxes back up to Admin Sourcer

Attend, and help set up job fairs and other recruiting/networking events

Send out mass texts and email campaigns to generate candidate interest in new jobs

Answer overflow phone calls

Provide sales support to the BD team through providing leads and target information

Run searches in database to locate new candidates for the team to call

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance

Help maintain a clean and organized working environment in breakroom, conference room, etc.

Requirements:

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
