Job Summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) is seeking a skilled Recruiting Sourcer to join our rotor pilot recruiting team. As a proactive hunter of talent, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a pipeline of top rotor pilot talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute cost-effective recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
  • Utilize professional recruiting and sourcing experience, modern technical prowess, research skills, and communication techniques to improve talent pipelines and increase hiring speed and volume.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, recruiting process productivity, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Travel to industry-related job fairs, military recruiting events, and EMS or aviation-related trade shows (approximately 5-10% of the time).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing for specialized roles and positions across varying levels of seniority.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, top-tier talent.
  • Team player with ability to function solo, yet always maintaining a focus on team success.
  • Highly proficient with MS office, common productivity suites, sourcing and ATS platforms, as well as modern social media platforms for sourcing and advertising.
  • Solid track record of conversions and hires.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experiences to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to effectively partner and/or support individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Fearless yet respectful cold-call abilities on the phone, with ability to share your contagious enthusiasm for role and company.
  • Intellectual curiosity with desire to learn the roles, industries, and competitors within the aviation ecosystem.
  • Previous experience with aviation, air ambulance operations, pilots, aviation maintenance, or related roles and organizations is highly preferred.
  • Current or former private or commercial pilot experience is extremely helpful.
