Position Overview:

Engenium is supporting our client's growth and is seeking a Program Financial Analyst. The role involves defining and developing detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating project status updates, and reporting to management and customers. You'll work across multiple projects and programs within the Program Management Office, interfacing with Program Managers, functional management, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to provide financial support and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains financial models and analyses to support project and company decision-making.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Implements and manages EVM systems for complex projects, ensuring accurate cost, schedule, and performance tracking.
  • Assists in the preparation and management of project budgets.
  • Develops and maintains MS project schedules, integrating financial and time-related metrics.
  • Support Proposal pricing efforts with all project related costing activities


Qualifications:
•Skills: Proficiency Earned Value Management (EVM), Microsoft Project, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
•Education: Associate of Science in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical Field (Entry); Bachelor of Science in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical Field (Mid-Senior).
•US citizenship, ability to pass a background check, obtain a DoD security clearance, and travel to installation sites.

Additional Skills and Abilities:
•Ability to work in a team environment or independently as needed.
•Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in work products.
•Strong interpersonal skills for developing positive working relationships.
•Adaptable communication style for different audiences.
